Last night DS15 wanted to talk to me about OP's eldest son..16...who he is having problems with...They have had a few run ins in the past.DS15 says he is spoilt and OP's favourite child...also he bullies his 2 younger brothers.I told him if he gets into a fist fight it will cause problems for WH and OP.He said he doesn't care....

DS15 mentioned that OP's youngest..11...is very fond of WH as he doesn't get on with his own dad.DS15 told WH in front of everyone that this boy was taking HIS place with WH.DS15 told me that he understands cos his not the youngest anymore!! Apparently WH was shocked and tried to rectify things...DS15 tries not to show his hurt but I know he is...He was always WH favourite son...although he would deny it!!DS15 says he calls this kid "grasshopper"..DS15 then asks me didn't dad call me that?I don't think he did but I can only imagine what DS15 must be feeling..he tries to put on a brave front...its so sad.When DS15 started to go to WH for a week at a time I was upset and asked why.He said'I don't want to lose my dad..DS15 said he has lost some of his respect for WH..

It all makes sense now..the pieces of the puzzle are coming together...WH is so SELFISH and doesn't realise the pain he is causing his son.This kid snuggles up to WH while watching tv and hugs him too. How must my boys feel????

DS15 told me that OP often says they are PARTNERS in the new business in a fun sort of way....I know she has put no money in this venture..WH told me..also he wouldn't be that stupid as to give her a share in the business..his shrewd with money..
My sis thinks she says this on purpose knowing it will get back to me...and that she is just stirring trouble...

Catgirl, from what I have read of your posts to and from other posters, it is apparent that you are highly esteemed on this site. Clearly you do not need for anyone be driven over by the mythical Karma bus. Rather, all you need is just one devotee who will carry you off into the sunset.

I really think the fantasy will unravel. Like I told you, a blended family is extremely difficult to pull off. I went WAY out of my way to spend time with my step kid, and also with my own kids. No matter what I did, it was very rocky.

Imagine,we are not at too much risk...but in a lab you are supposed to treat every specimen as potentially harmful .....we normally are concerned with Hiv/Aids and Hepatitis,Hepatitis is easier to contract,we worry about Hep B.We are given immune boosters but generally good lab practice should be followed....

Well the boys have gone off to WH for the weekend....I'm actually not feeling down this time....

I discovered through talking to my sis last night,that WH hasn't ceded his policy over to me!!!!She deals with this in the bank when people take loans against policies....
Firstly,the actual policy has to state in it that it has been ceded to me and secondly,there is a cession form that he has to fill in and sign.

All that he gave me was his copy of policy and he signed a page of the divorce agreement that states he will cede the policy to me...
I was upset cos I knew this will be the last thing on WH's mind right now and he will take forever to correct it,now that he would get his loan.

The lawyer that is organizing the loan is not his Div lawyer but they work together.He picked up these documents from WH on his way to my house.I think he was taking a chance giving it to me and it worked!!He must have realized it wasn't correct...he's a lawyer!
THANKFULLY,this lawyer phoned me today to say he needed a copy of my identity document(your social card I think!!) in order to finalize the loan.I said once WH has done the necessary I would do so!!He didn't agree with my sis but said he would get it sorted.My sis e-mailed his lawyer for me explaining things in the correct jargon and cc it to me and WH.Felt a bit like a b#tch!

My sis is SO concerned that WH is going to be mad with her.WTF

I was worried that WH would confront me about this when he came to fetch the kids but he didn't ,maybe he doesn't know??I was going to tell the boys to tell him to check his mail but thought against it!

BTW, I passed OW and her kids in WH's car this afternoon...I didn't freek too much..I'm definitely having a good day today.My boss called me in to her office today and thanked me for all that I do in the lab etc...I am a senior person and she said that the junior staff find me approachable and nice to work with.(I listen to their personal and work problems a lot!) Other senior staff IMO take life too seriously and have a rigid manner.....can be intimidating to young staff I think.

We are about 15 females in one lab so you can imagine the hormones flying at times!!

The last few days my car's steering has been making a funny noise i.e whenever I turn corners etc..... and then yesterday my passenger side window refused to close?(electronic windows)

I took my car my car to the local garage and he fixed the window and I mentioned the steering.. anyway, this afternoon I took my car back to him after work and he has just delivered it to me all fixed.... said it was the power-steering fluid that needed to be replaced.If he hadn't replaced it the power-steering mechanism would have ceased soon,costing me about $600..!!

Once again I believe that stuck window was Gods way of telling me take the car to the garage!!! call me crazy.......

I'm wondering why WH lawyer is not going via your lawyer. Still his lawyer could be making a genuine mistake. The newer breed of lawyers seem to be a very diluted species. Qualifications seem to come in lucky packets.

And ja-nee, I also have friends who have quit the legal biz because of shady dealing.

Please continue to monitor the power steering fluid. If it is low there may be good reason. Diarize to check every three months. Note level changes.

Kids are gone today. Thinking, gee wouldn't it have been fun to do something with him instead of by myself.

Or saw something in the supermarket recently, a new product, and automatically thought, gee ExH would have LOVED that!

It's not getting easier.

IC tells me to do stuff alone. I do. Go to the movies alone, shopping etc. The WHOLE time I'm thinking about ExH!
