I will tell you that my father, a liberal radical, loved O'Reilly, so go figure....

No, not at all. The news hour is straight up facts, and it ends with a panel of equal # of liberals and conservatives to comment on the news. It is far and away the best news channel on TV.

"The best" is a matter of opinion, but to say that it isn't biased towards the right is a joke.

The only reason a guy like left-leaning Keith Olbermann even has a job is because right-leaning guys like O'Reilly and Hannity have proven that extremely biased "news shows" (to use the term very, very loosely) can draw a decent audience.

Fox leans right, MSNBC leans left. The rest at least pretend to be more even-keeled.

Krazy, I would point out that you are hardly an objective judge of truth; you are very, very biased yourself. No, Fox is not biased, they just report straight up facts. Facts are not biased.

I figured that out a few years ago when I began a habit of voracious news reading every day. Fox was a cut above the rest. There was a fairly recent study done by a university that studied media bias using the ADA ratings they use on congressmen to discern if they are right or left. Fox ranked right smack in the center.

well, for starters, she is a Scientologist. That is a good indication of her level of fruitloopiness.

That aside, if you want to talk about sexism, realize that any evaluation of a candidate (good and bad) based on their gender, is sexist.

So here is one of your right winger friends being a sexist, looking at Sarah as a piece of meat instead of a qualified politician that she is supposed to be:

Is she? She just seems like a blank slate to me.

Of course I'm biased. I've never denied that.

I'm sure the story is that Fox has a mostly Republican audience because it's the only "fair and balanced" news source, right?

Jeez...if you're going to be biased, at least have the guts to admit it.

That's almost as nutty as being a secessionist.

You're very observant, Mrs. Obvious!

Do you have the guts to admit the same?

I get my local paper, the NY Times and NY Post online. It has been such an eye-opener for me to see how far to the left the Times leans. My uncle, perhaps the only conservative on the west coast, cautioned me against the Times and I pooh-poohed him. Now I have to admit he has a point, although I never thought so before this election.

The only things I watch on tv are Law and Order and hockey!
