OWH called this morning. His divorce just came through this week. He still hasn't settled his LSA but he's leaving that be for now. She already has everything she ever wanted and the first court hearing went completely in her favour so he's letting her persue that rather than wasting his own money on legal fees.

He also told me that she has severe osteoperosis and may have to get a hip replacement. At first I thought he must be talking about his mother, but no, he's actually talking about OW. Apparently she's had problems for years. She's 46 years old. Sounds like WstbxH picked himself a real winner, doesn't it? She actually does look like an old hag. I wonder how soon before he cheats on her when she can't have SF immediately after her surgery? I hope I have moved away by then.

And in case you missed it in my other thread, I have an offer on the house and I'm just waiting for the buyer to secure finances and get a home inspection done. I'll know tomorrow night at 8:00 pm! So nervous now!
