After reading his original post these are the updates. He hasn't told HR about the supervisor or OMW. B has not written any NC letters. He continues to catch talking to said guy/guys and he said he told her sister and she said this is not the 1st time B has done this. He has threatened her with pressing charges on her for cheating because it is against the law here if he caught her again and he has and still has not made good on his threat. I told him the more he holds out on making good on the threats the more he appears weak and scared to her.

I also told him until someone makes her suffer the consequences of her actions. It is just enabling the behavior.
