I have seen this come up before on these boards but couldn't find the right thread.
Can anyone tell me the best way to use a digital voice recorder to "bug" the phones at my house? OM used to have a long distance number which made it easier to track. Now he has a local one that my wife can call pretty much without leaving a trace?
Not worried about legality as it is just for my well-being to confirm or deny suspicions.

Just get a portable DVAR for the house and her car. Hide them. Wait. Check.

Check the Radio Shack website or the store nearest your house. They have several different models. The only one I am familiar with is this one Worked great, EASY to use and had NO problems with it.
