Ok, i have snooped. i hacked into her email and found some incriminating stuff. We both have lawyers, although nothing is happening right now..do i show her the proof? is what i have done illegal? it is irefutable.
a side line- her and my son are both in counseling. I can get into the house also- she changed the locks- to snoop some more.
is that the way to go- i guess if i confront, how do i know she will be willing?
by the way, i hacked into her email from my computer at work- i did not use the home computer. it is her address totally...???

I've been on both sides of this issue. I can to be a pretty good detective. I guess I need to know what is your plan? Are you wanting out? Do you want to save it? In most states it really doesn't matter what proof you have because of the no fault rule. Find out what it is in your state. Oh, if you have a children you lose. First time here for you? You are about to learn just how unfair fair is.I'm Pat to friends.Good luck
