Why didn't you tell ME to focus on MYSELF???? I'd have loved that. I didn't do nearly enough focussing on MYSELF - it would have really helped to just think about ME ME ME. You mean ol' thing! :MerryChristmas:

Mel posted a pooping bull emoticon to ME, and told me that that is what they called what I was shoveling down in Texas! Can you believe how MEAN she was to ME??? dat was so funny! One of my bestest posts! In case my fellow Americans don't know what I mean about lottery #s and KiwiJen, I will explain. See, it is TOMORROW in her silly foreign country. [she claims.. ]Therefore, I have politely REQUESTED - FOR YEARS - tomorrows lottery #s from Kiwi and she has never delivered! She just looks at me like I am nuts! :crosseyedcrazy: Now is that very neighborly??? And she even owes me $30!! It cost me $30 to call her husband in New Zealand and bust her because I had to get the Texas operator to make a FOREIGN CALL. We don't know* how to do that here in Texas because we are not in the habit of calling carpetbaggers and silly foreigners from nawth of the Red River.. *MrsW, a very clever southerner has since taught me how to make foreign calls.

Mel, it was money well spent and NEVER hesitate to do that again for VERY stupid women (or men if it should arise). A "foreign" call. LOL, you're the furriners. I GAVE you the lottery numbers, I just left off the last number to keep you guessing. " I have politely REQUESTED..." Sheesh, is that what Texan standover tactics are called.

I did enjoy your husbands British accent, although the call was most unpleasant. He is a very nice fella and I was glad to meet him, albeit under such horrid conditions. He sounds like one of those guys in the British movies!

He's almost lost his British accent. People occasionally pick up on it but he sounds more like a kiwi now. Yes, he's a lovely, lovely man.

BigK and his lovely wife have British accents too.

LMAO I've spoken to BigK. He has a nice Australian accent. Not too broad, not too "ocker". He will know what that means.
