Very familiar and Hollywood sees nothing wrong with this. Actually, if you consider that all his coworkers are in Hollywood and now they're no longer friends, I'd say they do see something wrong with it.

I think they are more upset about his behaviour than his cheating.
Hollywood seems to have no problems with cheating.
