I have learned to snoop..............so I am sure that I have violated my WW private email account early this morning and found the beginnings of what could be an EA with ANOTHER old school friend.
I did not use any LB's, but, confronted WW and of course she denied, listened to her deny and then explained I have printed copies of her emails to dispute her lies.
She has agreed to come by today and discuss. She agreed on the phone to no more contact, so I guess proof is in the pudding. I want her to write an NC email this afternoon. OR... I will update my profile to D-Day #2 1-16-09. And yes, changing Plan B to Plan D.
Am I in trouble for violating her private email acct?

I am getting "killed" at work but I just had to laugh...we were supposed to start a NC letter for her current and active affair partner today.
Think I will be able to have her send 2?

Think I will be able to have her send 2? Are you on crack, my friend? Your W is not anywhere near serious about marital recovery. You need to stop snooping and go dark. Do you seriously think that a WS that is trying to hook up with a new OM is serious enough about recovery to pull you out of Plan B?

In order to come out of Plan B, she needs to convince you that all contact has ended and she is commited to do what it takes to recover your marriage. This is nothing more than you calling up and badgering her about what you want. She is not ready.

Sounds like your wife is checking out her options before possibly coming back to you...Mr Plan B. My dad refered this kind of situation once as a person checking out how long the wait is at the fancy upscale restaurants before settling for going to the local burger joint.
