Um, little missy you don't need to worry 'bout dat right now...grin

Actually, as part of transparency, you OFFER your husband this option...

You accept that one may be there, that trust must be EARNED, and at this point your husband has every reason not to trust you, as you acted in a very untrustworthy fashion...Really Dawn, you don't let it concern you...you want your husband to have peace of mind and your attitude should reflect that..."whatever it takes for as long as it takes"...And since you are now conducting yourself as a wife should conduct herself, well, no worries, yes? wink

You have to install the software on your phone. It's not to bad if you are tech savy.
Yep, you do need to be a bit tech savvy. It is the cheapest by far but it is a cell phone so you won't be able to put it on the outside of the car. It tracks real time for about 35 cents per day.

This works great! I watched my WW drive all the way to the OM house this morning. I had an idea where he lived, now I know exactly.

ugh! I hate to hear it, Joseph! I hope you plan on showing everyone what you saw and telling your WW that everyone knows.

Can you explain exactly how you install, etc? Was it hard to hook up?

ML, I expected as much, I have told everyone but she is not really talking to her family or friends. She knows they know and she doesn't want to feel the "pressure". I am trying real hard with Plan A and I know she is cake eating big time. Do I just go to Plan B?

I didn't think it was that hard but I am real tech savvy. I followed the instructions on www.accutracking.com and found them to be very accurate. If you follow the instructions then it should be real easy. My WW has an MDX and I placed the phone inside a bag that she keeps in the rear passenger door to hold headphones and it worked like a champ.

If you get one and you aren't sure how to install the software just drop me a note and I will be glad to help.

Thanks so much, Joseph! Fortunately, I would never have a need for one, but I know they are much more effective and much cheaper than in recent years so I wanted others to get that info too.

I take that back! If I thought my H was having an affair, I might use one to get evidence before I pistol whipped him on the front lawn and tossed him out. smile

How long did you get out of the battery??

Did you figure out how to change the update interval?

Just asking for others....I know how... just seeing if you can explain it better then me.

Another neat feature...the accutrack website has a mobile version!! I am able to check location from my phone.....:)

Is this truely something one should do?

I mean it seems so, intrusive, yeah I realize they are our spouse, but man this seems so "stalkerish" to me.

Yes. It is supposed to be INTRUSIVE. That is the point. One sometimes needs to be very intrusive in order to uncover adultery.

If you allready know it's going on, then why do you need to know, when, where, how many times a day, and for how long??

I wonder what are the legal stance on this?

I am not following you, WU, who knows all this? How does a BS know this unless they investigate? The purpose of the GPS is get information. This is information to which a BS is entitled. The BS has a right and a need to know everything a WS does. How else would he protect himself?

Keep in the mind that no one has the right to the privacy to desroy another person behind his back.

I guess what I am saying is, if you have already been told, seen it, heard it, found it out.

Would you really need to go this extra step?

I could see if you suspect it is happening, and want to find out for yourself. But IF you already know they are doing it, then really whats the point?

WU, thats an impossible question to answer since each and every case is different. The BS would have to decide for himself/herself if it was necessary based on his own situation. There is no hard and fast principle that can be applied like a cookie cutter.

Even though a BS might know of the affair, it is still good to confront the WS each and every time there is contact, so a GPS might be helpful in that regard. Or even in documenting movements for legal proceedings.

Even so, the BS is entitled to know ALL the movements of his/her spouse since this is information about his/her own life. When a WS is actively seeking to harm the BS behind his back, he might deem it necessary to track every movement of his WS. I know I sure would. In fact, I might even go further and hire a P.I. if I were inclined to try and save my marriage from an affair.

Well, that way when she swears there is NC and it's over.........

When the truth is she want's to continue to eat cake.......

And you believe her because she's so trustworthy........

You'll know the depth and breath of just how far a WW will go to keep you in the dark. Cos you're easy to fool faint.

Been that way for a good many of us. So the subject is very important to many a trustworthy soul.

All blessings,
Jerry

Remember the MBer who'd been in "recovery" for a couple of years , but felt uneasy about her H's Friday nite poker game - EVERY Friday nite.

Well, we finally convinced her to GPS his car - and guess what - the "poker game" was at OW's house!

yep, I remember! And finding that out enabled her to get the truth out in the open and save her marriage. She couldn't figure out why he was withdrawn after 2 years, but the GPS told the true story.
