Our Life together is like a vibrant, yet fragile rose.
You are the beautiful Blossom that sets atop the stem.
I am the Thorns which hide in the leafy shadows.
Basking in the spring time Sun, we are nourished by the same Vine.
The loveliness of your bloom invites and entices the wanderer's eye.
In verdant disguise I remain steadfast as a refuge, yet forgotten.
The wanderer approaches, deftly eluding the thorny snare.
The Blossom is plucked from the Vine.
The Thorns wither in the searing Sun.
Apart from each other, we die.

I think that it is directed at my Sand Wedge.
Sorry for the sarcasm, very nicely written.

The company that we both work for refuses to train any internal employees as Black Belts... doesn't want to lose employees. go figure. Indeed. Bleed them for every ounce of knowledge you can and then use it to benefit yourself, either at your current job or with a new employer. Times are tough now, but they will get better. In the meantime, be the best you can to help your company prosper. Quality is the most underappreciated. There isn’t a single manufacturing guy that thinks that quality engineers are anything but an expense. My toughest task was always to get manufacturing to buy into the mandates that provide quality. I had great fun moving some of my manufacturing guys into quality and watch them get their head handed to them on a daily basis. I dare say that I made a believer out of more than just one. Mr. G
