Hello all,
I am coming out of a marriage that ended after my wife showed up with a new man before the "paperwork" started. So, I'm guessing that there are trust issues in me. There is a situation with my fiance that I have asked her about. She has not directly answered it since the first time I asked her about it. She now acts hurt that I even bring it up. The first time I brought it up she denied it. I have found evidence of what's going on, and still see possible evidence of what I suspect to be true. I am choosing to trust her word, but obviously I don't fully buy it because of the evidence I see. I have chosen to not bring it up anymore because I want to show my trust. I try to compare this to how God deals with my honesty. The difference is that God can see right through me, so I don't actually lie to Him. Where do I start? How do I trust? What does the Word say? HELP ps. this is also causing me to not trust her faithfulness to our relationship.

Welcome to marriagebuilders.
How long have you been divorced? How long were you married? How long have you known your fiance?
Sorry for all of the questions, but we need more information to give you any good input.
If you have evidence that you can't trust your fiance, then it would be FOOLISH to trust her.

A marriage should be between 2 people who are best friends and can tell each other everything without fear of judgment. If you don't have that, you won't have much of a marriage.
