Hi!
It's been about two years since my last session with the clinical psychologist. I have moved on nicely and am thinking of updating her (and my records). I saw her regularly during my separation period until a year after divorce.
Her price is quite steep... I have listed the items I wish to update her, but do not know what to ask of her in return.
Do any of you keep your counselling sessions even as there are no issues?
