Crud...why can't I get this to work? Do you hit reply first and then quote? When I just hit quote it puts the word quote at the beginning and the end. I can't get the little box thing... I'm a little challenged when it comes to computers anyway!!

I'm a little challenged when it comes to computers anyway!! You hit "quote" first and the box thing comes up after you either hit "submit" or "preview post"

Dawn,
Another way to do this is to reply to a poster, and click on the quote sign on the top tool bar where the smiley faces, bold, and other things are located. When you do this as set of words will appear in your post quote and /quote surrounded by squarebrackets. If I did it you would not see it, just whatever I put in. Anyway once you have this pair in your reply, simply copy or you could have already copied earlier, and then paste what you want quoted inside this pair.
By the way here I will use curly brackets so that the command doesn't actually work you can always type these things yourself, and this includes making bookmarks, changing fonts, etc. {quote} put quote here {/quote} you can make a named bookmark the same way {url= **** }anyname you want {/url} The *** is the copied address of the thread/post/webpage you want the reader to see. Usually it is copied from the top of your Web browser. You can change to bold the same way {b} whatever you want bold {/b} Italics, anything.
Just use [] instead of {} and any of these things will work.
