Hello Everyone,
Long time lurker (almost 15months) here. My husband and I have decided to attempt reconciliation. We are currently seperated and have been for almost 9 months. We are currently living in different states and neither of us has any interest in seeing a different counselors.
I was wondering if there were any "workbook" type books that my husband and I could read seperately but discuss over the phone that will help us with understanding, forgiveness & reconciliation. It would also be extremely helpful if this book was readily available at stores like Barnes & Noble or Borders (nationwide chains, easily accessible to both of us being in different states). I hope someone will be able to suggest a good one that teaches but also opens up the communication.

Welcome. Glad you decided to jump in. Some that come to mind are "Surviving An Affair", "His Needs, Her Needs", and "The One". They are all available on this site, and also on Amazon or in bookstores.

I hope someone will be able to suggest a good one that teaches but also opens up the communication. Believer has some good recommendations. I would also encourage you to call the Harley's and do some phone coaching with them. They can do this with both of you living in different states and help create a recovery plan that might be able to work. Good luck!
Recovery began 10/07;
Meeting my wife's EN's is my "thank you" that refuses to be silenced.
