I didn't want to deal with the woman, who called me sounding very drunk, pleading that if I let him go, she would sit in the back of the church at my childrens' weddings. I remember a surge of resolve that she would not ONLY be in the same church, she would not be in the same STATE when my children were married. Who ARE these OW?!?! That's just sick.
Widowed 11/10/12 after 35 years of marriage ********************* “In a sense now, I am homeless. For the home, the place of refuge, solitude, love-where my husband lived-no longer exists.” Joyce Carolyn Oates, A Widow's Story
