I've got 2 spare routers because the working one seems to have a stroke for some reason. think

So I change it over with one of the spares which have recovered from their own strokes

Not pointing fingers you understand but it usually strokes out after someone downloads gb's of stuff from the AMA & Uni pages whistle

I'm off to the bush on Thursday to stay overnight in a lovely coastal town down south. laugh Sadly its for work. frown

I don't know if the deceased one might be resurrected....had no lights on.....none....seems all signs of life have gone out. It was 4 years old. I think it may be permanently fatal.

RECYCLE it!

(okay. I said it for the day...)

I never had to take the Kobayashi Maru test until now. What do you think of my solution?

The casing is recyclable...as are many of the components.

Do you have curbside recycle?

Oh, and Goodwill and some of the FO (factory outlets) will take them and part them out.

Letter from Mom to the church pianist:

Quote
I sprained my wrist, scraped my leg and forehead, and wiped out my left hip and shoulder when I fell headfirst down the back stairs this morning--all 12 of them. I ended up with my head dangling out into the kitchen and both legs straight up the wall. i think my husband thought, initially, that I'd broken my stupid neck when I landed in a heap right next to him and breakfast! Certainly I hadn't heard that much alarm in his voice for years, if ever. There's a reason why you don't see many 61-year old stunt doubles...I don't feel too good right now! I'm thinking that I might not make it to church at all this week, since the more time that elapses from the crash, the worse I feel. I'm sure I won't be able to play the piano. Even typing is very painful, so I won't be writing much to anybody, either. The irony of it is that I was thinking, just as my foot slipped off the step, "Wouldn't it be nice to sleep at night even once, without so much pain?" So could you two help me out and let me take a pass on any responsibilities this week? Thanks,
T&L

Sort of....they take steel and aluminum cans, paper and cardboard, and types 1 and 2 plastics. Glass can be taken to a recycling center. That is all that is reasonably recyclable here.

Well, did anyone kiss your booboos?

BTW, if your church doesn't give you the week off, there's something wrong with them.

Neak & Sis - please send your mom some Orange Sherbert.

Orange sherbert makes EVERYTHING better.

Neak - do you sing the Raindrops/Lemondrops song to your kids?

It goes like this:

If all the raindrops were lemondrops and gumdrops
Oh what a rain it would be
Standing outside with my mouth open wide
Ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah-ahhhhh (sung with your tongue out and your mouth open)
If all the raindrops were lemondrops and gumdrops
Oh what a rain it would be

If all the snowflakes were chocolate bars and milkshakes
Oh what a snow it would be!
Standing outside with my mouth open wide
Ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah-ahhhhh (sung with your tongue out and your mouth open)
If all the snowflakes were chocolate bars and milkshakes
Oh what a snow it would be!

I need lines for orange and lime sherbert! Wouldn't that be fun for a summer part of the song? Or raspas (snowcones)...YUM! It's time for coconut raspas that make your tongue turn blue!

Oh, and you should HEAR Antonio sing the "Had a Baby Brother" song!

When he hiccups at the end (where the baby brother has a bubble in this throat), it's ROTFLOL funny!
