Going to stay put for a while and wait for housing market to improve.
Going to see my son and DIL and my blessed grandson. They live in Switzerland. So it's not so easy.

I'm not exactly the best person on MB to ask for advise. So no,, that probably won't happen.
I understand your H's problem with alcohol, cause I'm a drunk too. That may seem radical, but I knew the truth when it hits you between the eyes. I did sober up for 16 years and it seemed I was always trying to make amends for what had trnspired in the past. Trouble is, there often seems to be no end in sight.
It can be a never ending journey, unless, and until we accept that G-D has forgiven us!!!!
Queenie, I'll be bold enough to ask this Q if you will forgive my intrusion.
Have you forgiven your H?????
It is the culmination of recovery. It doesn't happen in the beggining or even in the middle of reconciliation. It happens quite naturally at the end of the drama. It is the soul and substance and the FINAL result of mercy and forgiveness.

I would agree. He can't see that his recovery and forgiveness lies with G-d. Not me.

When he restablishes his faith, he will understand that he is forgiven, in spite of his(or my) unworthyness, and when he accepts that:
