Watch this movie if you want an example of exactly waht not to do when your spouse is cheating. This poor guy goes as doormat as possible. It must be the antithesis of the MB stuff. Made me want to vomit, but i felt bad for the guy.

I don't see a link. BTW, I have always wanted to say that I am so sorry for what you went through with your wife. I know bipolar and PD's are not the same, but I just get so angry when someone who needs help won't get it, andthen peopl like you suffer for it. Hearing how that affected someone esle makes me even more determined NEVER to stop my treatment.

That's all.

Thanks lurioosi. I have met some wonderful people that have been through much of the same stuff with BPD or NPD spouses. The internet has been a Godsend. Some of the things others have gone through are eerily similar, right down to the emasculating remarks, the cold water dousings, the insistence that the kids sleep in our bed every single night, etc.
Just like WS, many of these disordered folks follow a script.
The movie I mentioned is very good. But, it can trigger a BS big time.
