Hey quit dissing us nerds! Though I never played a brass instrument, it was only because I grew up in the country and went to a school that didn't have a band. Other than that, I'm a 100% true-blue geek.
BTW, it IS possible to be a trekkie AND love Star Wars. You clearly don't have what it takes to be a real nerd!

LG- I actually like Dude, agree that he's come a long way, and find him funny and get his humor.
And I was disappointed in SMB when her A happened.
And like TST and SMB, I hope the best for Dude and his ex-wife. Or Dude and whomever he chooses to spend his life with.
I think the difference is that SMB and TST are now buyers, both of them, and Dude is a renter. And sometimes I think he believes that the RA was really a good idea, no matter what he "says."
But I do think he's funny and would probably like him irl. He doesnt' like me because I played the French Horn in 5th and 6th grade, no matter my coolness in high school.....

I think while the RA was wrong, and BAD, and HORRID, and took the HIGH ROAD away from me, there are some aspects of having an RA that relieved some of the BS crap people deal w/ on here. No resentment, No insecurity. Did I lie down w/ pigs and get mud on me, yes. Did I sell out to waywardness in order to alleviate some of the pain, yes. Would I do it if I had a do-over? NO WAY!!! You mean things I can do that may be cooler than watching Star-Trek or Star-Wars? I would, but then you'd think me worse than a nerd.
I never had to take the Kobayashi Maru test until now. What do you think of my solution?O'hana means family, and family means nobody gets left behind or forgotten. My Story Recovered!

The FOG is mostly clear, but still a patch or two remain. I know how to weld (Mig and Arc) I can set up the ring and pinion in almost any Hypoid axle (Dan-44, Ford-9 or 8.8, GM-14 bolt, etc, etc) I know how to calculate compression ratios. I know how to properly set up most suspension systems (4-Link, 3-Link, leaf, TTB,) I once built my own EFI system. I know the diferance between Hypoutectic and Forged pistons. I know how a shift-Kit works, how to install one, and who makes the best ones. I can do an 134-A conversion on any R-12 AC system. I know what Lobe Seperation Angle means. Etc Etc Gack! There IS no such thing!!!! I also like watching Alien and Aliens.

Napoleon Dynamite.
It's a Liger, known for it's magical properties.
I watch, and am as a sparrow alone upon the house top.
