Geez, I thought I was getting better. What is the deal?
The divorce is on-with no signs of anything from my h. I don't know if I want him back, but I would like some sort of apolpgy. I know that is WAY to much to expect, but I still want one and think I deserve one.
My h continues to play his little games. Thinking that this OW is the be-all,end all of women. How is the world can I compete (not that I want to) with a mostly make-believe person. Their relationship consists of mainly phone calls and e-mails, with the occasional meet half way for a romp in the hay. Who wouldn't be wonderful that way?
I am just so tired of all of this. I am getting better, but my H is living it up. He has not regrets, no remorse, still blames this whole thing on me. He isn't even giving our daughter much time anymore. I don't understand how people can be so d#mn selfish. I don't think he will ever crash. When she finally decides he is not the one, he'll just move on.
Sorry, I am feeling very sorry for myself. I just do not understand.
c

Hang in there kiddo, just know that the odds are against him and his games and it will surely catch up with him. Everytime you are seen by him be at your best.... is this a game?.... yes, so be it. Grab some of the control back, hold your head up and know who the better person is.... YOU!!!!!

Lostva- As always, thank you. You are a great friend.
mkn- Thank you. I know that you are going through your own junk. Thanks for lending an ear. BTW- I thought about you today. I was driving home on 80 and saw a biker-leather and all- I thought to myself, "Boy, I hope that is Mike. That guy looks like he is having fun, letting his hair down". Did you buy that motocycle yet? You ought to!!! [Linked Image from marriagebuilders.com]
c

Aw, Ceecee. It would be nice to get the apologies. It would be nice to actually feel like a connection was made. I'm sorry you're having a bad day.

------------------
Lor
"Do not get tired of doing what is right, for after awhile you will reap a harvest of blessings if you do not get discouraged and give up. ceecee, I know exactly how you feel. My H shows no remorse, not even when it comes to his son. And he is acting as if we are such good friends now, as if we never shared a life before. He seems to enjoy telling me how fun his life is. Without a thought to the life he left behind.

Hoping you feel better soon, sending up a prayer for you.
