FB has an app now that lets you make a collage of your uploaded pictures and put a message on it...as in Happy New Year, etc. I made one and posted it on my profile. Since I back up a lot of my digital pics on FB, it was easy to really go through the year in review with all our milestones.
And best of all, I was able to download it to the computer and get my virtual holiday cards (which have to be New Year cards since I couldn't get my act together in time for Christmas...)
Thought I'd pass along something good about FB!

facebook is one of the most AWESOME exposure tools we have ever found!! It is a great weapon. But it is a double edged sword with all the affairs that come as a result.

One of my mom's friends from 1964 at Fort Wainwright found my mom on FaceBook and got in touch with her. My mom was thrilled to hear from her, and it lifted her spirits during her first Christmas season without my dad.

BB, my dear friend from my job back in 1985 contacted me this week and we spoke on the phone for 3 hours! It was so wonderful to catch up with her.

I went to a very small girls school and we are almost ALL on Facebook now.
It's been so much fun!
And in my case at least, H doesn't have to worry about a Facebook affair.
Well, if he did, I guess we'd have issues above and beyond an affair....

I keep my profile open so if or when my XW wants to snoop in, she will see how AWESOME I am doing.
I watch, and am as a sparrow alone upon the house top.

I keep my profile open so if or when my XW wants to snoop in, she will see how AWESOME I am doing. I don't understand this. I'm still married to The Leopard, but we're on the D-track presently. When I went to Plan B, I blocked her from Facebook. That means I can't see her and she can't see me. I prefer to keep it that way. I already know how well I'm doing without her. I also know that she's been milking her health care coverage right up to the day it expired. I know she can't buy a house -- any house -- due to her non-existent credit rating (and creditors searching for her), so she'll have to settle for something less than the house I bought for us. And she's still driving my car -- at least until the end of March, when she'll either have to find a way to buy it from me, or return it so I can dispose of it. No, I don't need to keep tabs on her, and if she wants to know about how well I'm doing, well, she can just ask the people we know in common. They are all aware that I just returned from a vacation abroad. Or that my retirement program is on the rise... But no, she chose to run off to be with a married man who I have no doubt, will cast her aside just as soon as our divorce becomes final. Because he's been stringing women on for over three years with his "my divorce will be final soon" game. I sure hope she's not seeking medical treatment for STDs...

I like FB. I'm actually starting to think you can learn a lot about people by their privacy settings and their friends list. For example, people with 100s or 1000's of friends can't possible "know" all of those people. Regarding adultery, both OW and WXH have no privacy settings whatsoever. They write stupid things in their status like, "I can't wait to go home and be with my man" and other garbage. I just reeks of "Look at us, we're legitimate - NOT!!!" Everybody and anybody could stumble across one of their pages and know exactly what they are. Oh and they have several hundred friends as well - probably people they met playing Warbook or Farmville.
