I am pretty sure they are Dr Harley's coaches that coach the weekend people. I think one of them is Sandy, who is my coach. The other one is Kim and there might even be another one.

It is a bit like Texas wrasslin, except the participants are at least partially clothed, and it is not ususally done as a precursor to the combo second grade graduation/wedding ceremony( credit to you and that magazine cover you posted).
