1. Union thugs 2. Republican party (there is no GOP party in MA anyway) 3. Special interest money or groups
It was a bunch of people who were mad as hell and not going to take it anymore.
I hope we sent Washington a HUGE message. If Obama is even 1/8th as politically savvy as Bill Clinton (notice I did not say I was a Clinton fan, though I have fonder thoughts about his presidency that the existing CIC), he will take a page from Bill's book and regroup. Clinton got knocked around badly in the beginning of his presidency when it was clear he'd misread the issues. History is repeating itself except we have a leader and cronies who are so full of themselves with power that they can't see the forest for the trees.
It doesn't matter too much anyway because what was destined to happen in November whether or not Scott Brown got elected, will now happen with a vengeance.

If you want to see something priceless, on YouTube: Hitler finds out Scott Brown won Massachusetts.

I posted this on my FB page several days ago. It is wonderful. Thanks for sharing here.
BTW, we will have another "Scott Brown vs Martha Coakley" type election coming up in November when Congressman Bill Delahunt (D) squares off against challenger Joe Malone (R). An incumbent who is backpedaling on his intention to shove health care down our throats (when it was good for HIM but not us), now that Scott Brown was elected.
Joe Malone OTOH, is just a regular guy.
Stay tuned. Maybe there are some more MA miracles come November. Could this state turn Red? I think hell would freeze over first!
Please keep me posted on that one, too, OH. Many of us down here in Texas gave money and manned the phones for Scott Brown, so you will get lots of support from us.

You bet. Though MA has had a Republican Governor more recently than we last had a US Senator (Mitt Romney and gawd, do I miss him...), our latest joke ummm candidate was swept in on the same "change" agenda as his good friend, the President. Rumors are running rampant that he may not even seek re-election. We can only hope---but it's only a rumor now.
Things are already starting to look up. First glimpse that sanity MAY return.
And thank you for all the help for Scott Brown. I've never been so involved in a political election as I had in this one. Phone calls, door knocking, sign holding, fundraising, rally attending...you name it. I have to put in another positive plug for Facebook here, as much of the word about him was communicated via social marketing. I had friends from all over the country sending me their prayers and good wishes and their money to Scott Brown's campaign! Wow. How many out-of-state campaigns have I contributed to? None! And I think most would say the same until now.

And thank YOU and everyone else who supported this race with prayers, thoughts, contributions, etc. Things have *already* started to change...it's unbelievable!
