Oh gosh...warm brownies with 'nilla icecream and fudge sauce.

My oldest and I used to go out just for dessert and we'd always share one of those.

A really good piece of chocolate brownie cake, with chocolate ice cream on top, and then maybe some of those mini Hershey dark chocolate kisses on top of all of that. No hot fudge necessary, though. While tasty, indeed, that would be just too darn over the top......

TB likes chocolate....

I hadn't even heard of them until a commercial came on a few night ago and DH said "hey, have you tried those??? Looks like something you would LOVE!".

Not sure I need something to make me love chocolate MORE! Sigh...

I have gained a pound since yesterday, and I place all of the blame on this thread.

Time to exercise!

Hope Traci will post her carrot cake recipe. It is one of my favorite things, and I have no idea how to make it.

Fred: I have the best recipe ever for a chocolate raspberry coffee cake. We go raspberry picking every summer and use fresh raspberries.

Fred: I'll see if I can dig up the recipe. I only make it during raspberry season, but I'm sure it's around here somewhere.

Thanks! As one of my new pursuits as a single man I've taken up cooking again!

I have a class this weekend: Taste off Thai!
