It's been extra exciting because it's an IVF baby. First round!!!!!

How wonderful. I hope it sticks for them. I have a friend who is just starting the IVF round. She had her tubes flushed and did get pregnant from that (a common event she said) but unfortunately lost it at around 8 weeks. Since she has failed to re-get pregnant in 6 months they are saving for IVF

Yes, it's a big worry - getting it to stick. But the problem is not with her, it's with him. She's young and healthy and it seems to be sticking!
