I agree that all of those things are red flags. However, he has been nothing but a loving, caring father for my two children. To be honest, he lost in court because family court favors the mother - and the mother had lots of money to build fictitious CPS claims that were all unfounded. Even my ex (my kids dad) went to court to support my husband. Bitter women are evil and damaging.
He has made mistakes in the past, but he is a good man, a good husband, and a good dad.

He has made mistakes in the past, but he is a good man, a good husband, and a good dad. We've all made mistakes in the past. Only serious & significant mistakes would inspire the courts to forbid all visitation.
A "good dad" to your kids, not to his own.
Best of luck to you. I hope your M makes it.

Bitter women are evil and damaging. This statement worries me.

My divorced niece has custody of her child. Her XH, who is a drug addict (smokes pot daily for "medical reasons"), is allowed supervised visitation. Even a known addict, is often considered suitable for supervised visitation. The courts favor supervised visitation over zero visitation ...
UNLESS .... SOMETHING IS DANGEROUSLY out of order, amiss, improper, erroneous, fallacious, high-risk, unpredictable .... etc etc etc !!!

We have supervised visitation. He has done NOTHING wrong. I'm not sure how this whole direction helps my issue and the reason why I am here. I appreciate all the early comments and suggestions that helped me deal with this. I will use the advice and pray that he is receptive.
Unless you have been in family court, you can't speak. We have spoken to MANY fathers who have had similar results in family court. Even when we had video proof of their lies, the judge didn't want to see it. The family court system is not a fair one. We've even taken our case to civil court. Again, unless you have been there, you don't 100% know how corrupt our court system is.

There is a difference between bitter women who are moving on with their lives, and bitter women who live to hurt others. I wasn't anywhere in the picture when they had their issues, yet I am constantly insulted and have lies told about me. My kids don't have anything to do with the ex problems, and by example, my ex and his wife are very close with my husband and I. Actions speak louder than words.
To say that MB won't be a help is not fair and I am offended by your comment. So far I have found it to be very helpful and appreciate what I have learned thus far.

Again, unless you have been there, you don't 100% know how corrupt our court system is. I HAVE been in family court, in fact, watched my BIL falsely accused of sexual assault on his own children. I watched what happened when their mother died in a car accident in the midst of all the allegations. I watched my BIL be convicted and receive 10 years probation and ordered to register as a sex offender for the rest of his life. My husband and I were the ones that took his youngest into our home at the age of 12. Since all of this the daughter has admitted that mom bribed her with cigarettes and weed her to give false testimony. I saw their family ripped apart and destroyed. But you know what else I saw, I saw my BIL be allowed to FINALLY reunite with his family, have his record expunged and the charges completely wiped away. Our nephew is living with his dad again. So, some of us HAVE been there and the questions to you still stand. It's because some things are just not adding up. I'm sure you could easily clear things up by giving a history.

If H has done "nothing wrong" ... YOUR story seems to be changing. WHAT WAS THE COURT'S REASON FOR DENIAL OF VISITATION?Even if it was not true ... what was the court's reason ???

To be honest, he lost in court because family court favors the mother - and the mother had lots of money to build fictitious CPS claims that were all unfounded. Assuming this to be factually true ... it's still confusing.
Are you saying that BOTH mothers of his 3 children have forbidden all visitation? Or, are you saying just one of the Mothers?
His XBW? The woman he cheated on? or... His XOW, the woman he cheated with?
It's pretty confusing unless you clarify which "bitter woman" you are talking about.

1. If he has done "nothing wrong" then why, IN THE COURTS opinion, does he have supervised supervision. (You originally said he had NO face-to-face time ... so YOUR facts are shifting. It is possible that "no face-to-face" time was intended to be hyperbolic or reflects a non-legal action of the children's mother. This is not necessarily a shift in facts. 2. It doesn't help you. It helps US decide if we want to spend our time "helping" a person who gives us facts that don't make sense. Agreed. 3. Many of us have been to family court. Me, too. 4. This makes no sense. If H has done "nothing wrong" ... Some judges are extraordinarily bull-headed. I was basically verbally abused by the judge, as a child! Don't want to give too many more details, but some judges are just incredibly screwed up, and some people don't know how to fight back against that.

I think the point is why not clarify things? We don't know this person IRL, wouldn't know her if we passed her on the street. It's not like we're going to run and tell anything. It just helps to know some background.
Here's a simple question, how old are all of the children?

I think the point is why not clarify things? Oh, I agree with that. Just musing on some possibilities based on my own experience, plus trying to counteract the idea that "A judge wouldn't do that unless..." which is a pet peeve of mine. You never know if a person will keep answering or not, so musings like this may be all we're left with.
