Are you near a Radio Shack? I would run by there and pick up a little pocket digital recorder and have it turned on in your pocket when you see her tonight. That way, she can't pull any shenanigans with you. We have had some women who tried to get their husbands carted off by the police when they interfered with their affairs. Having a recorder protects you from that.
Does your cell phone have a recorder on it?

jlowe, we had a recent wayward wife who staged a drunken brawl in her home and ripped her own shirt. She then called the police on her husband and tried to get him arrested. If he had not been with his friends just before her call, he would have landed in jail.
Wayward wives can be mean, vindictive wenches when you interfere with her affair. Don't let her string you up. Go get a pocket recorder just to be safe.

I've been through this 3x's with my exWW. Calling the local domestic violence shelter or filing DV charges is one of the favorite tactics of WW's. WW's like to play the "my husband is a raving, jelous lunatic" card when they expose..
Right now, you need to protect yourself. First thing you need to do is go to Radio Shack and get a digital voice recorder. Olympus makes a nice model that I slip into my front shirt pocket and it picks up everything even while in my pocket. Who cares if it is illegal to tape - if she starts to go Bat@#$^ on you, take the recorder out, show it to her, and tell her you are taping. If she tells you to stop, ignore her and keep taping.
Given that she's already talking to shelters, I would recommend that you don't even go near her until she can calm down. Right now, you have to protect yourself because one wrong move can get you kicked out of the house and if POSOM's wife kicks him out, there's a good chance he'll move into YOUR house with YOUR WW.

You absolutely NEED to get the voice activated digital recorder. Your WW is going to try and get you thrown out of the house. That is what the call to the domestic abuse hotline was setting the stage for. If you do not get a recorder, you will be spending the night in jail, will get thrown out of the house, and may lose your custodial rights to your children. Be prepared, and whatever you do, DO NOT TOUCH HER, no matter how much she provokes you. She is going to try and get you tossed. Be forewarned and forearmed. The digital recorder is your get out of jail free card. This should demonstrate to you how deeply entrenched in this affair she is.

When I refer to the affair I get "call it what you want"
Oh yeah also when sticking to the "I'm sorry you feel that way" I also get "did your therapist tell you to say that?"
