I keep reading about an exposure letter.
Is this something Dr.H reccommends?

When I search exposure on the site search there is not anything.

Thx in advance!

What are your circumstances? And yes, it is something that Dr. Harley recommends. Tell me a bit more, I think I can direct you to where you need to go. The exact details depend on your circumstance.

I have been reading for days, this site is so amazing and full of info. I have not read SAA and had never heard the pros and cons of writing an exposure letter untill this site.
When I could not find it in MB search I was questioning where and if Dr H recommended it, etc.

Is it from the SAA book?
I wld like to read Dr H's thoughts on this.

An exposure letter is usually styled to your situation. Tell us more so the advice given can suit the circumstance. Dr. Harley has a model exposure letter, but it too is slanted to circumstance.

See other threads here for what to initially tell. Things like length of marriage, number of kids, age, the affair length and current status, WW or WH, details like that. Is the affair work related, church related, etc.

cars,

Exposure is described as the strongest tool in destroying an affair.

Read his 10/28/09 newsletter on Exposure: When should an affair be exposed? for exceptions and an explanation.

Exposure can take place in many forms--through a face-to-face conversation, a phone call, an email, a letter.

Tell us alittle more about your circumstances so we can help.
