A lot of people swear by eBlaster ( www.spectorpro.com). I used WebWatcher ( www.webwatchernow.com).

I like eblaster because it is usually undetectable and it will email the reports to another email address so you don't have to access the computer again.

WebWatcher is also undetectable and it sends its information (in near real-time) to a secure web site that the observer can log on to from another computer. It has a lot of configuration capabilities including screen "snapshots" of targeted web pages, etc.

eBlaster is great in that you do not have to return to the computer to get the information. It will email you.
SpectorPro gives you much more detail about the activity. It works great if you can access the computer, like a shared family computer. You can also remotely access SpectorPro on your network from a different computer if you set it up the right way.

Here is a free keylogger: http://www.majorgeeks.com/SC-KeyLog_d4136.htmlUnfortunately, its not the easiest to setup.. And with all Keyloggers, they will be detected by AntiVirus programs. There should be an option to ignore certain keyloggers through your antivirus program.
