Could you stop in on BTinBL's thread? It's long and I don't know if you are aware of the entire story. The bottom line is it looks like he and his WW are headed toward D. She has filed but the kids don't yet know (!!) He needs to tell them before she spins it. We're all hoping he does it tonight, before she has them tomorrow night.
Could you share what you told your son? Also, tell him about not having the overnight guests in the D agreement!

He had THE DISCUSSION with his boys last night.
He lives in CA, so he might not be online for a few more hours. I really think your insight into being a rock for his young boys, etc., could be helpful.
