I've bounced around in this pool of emotions for a long time. Does jealousy fit in there anywhere? I would put it with "Anger/Depression/Resentment"- it is an element of all 3 of these, but it really should be a step all on it's own. At least if you admit it, (that you are jealous) you can handle it. This is a big one for me too, and I had to deal with an EA (not a physical relationship. I know EA's are just as terrible as PA's. But the jealousy fator I think, goes way up in a physical A. JMHO

I think jealousy is part of denial/anger. Why should you be jealous unless you think your spouse is CURRENTLY worthy of all the love you have for them?
I felt a LOT of jealousy when I was in the denial phase. Now - I think, she's welcome to him, as he is. I got the best part of him when he was a good man and good husband and good father. Now, she is only getting the lying, cheating part of him, even though he seems pretty attractive to her.
