Link to CNN article about how divorce attorneys are using Facebook to catch the cheating husbands/wives of their clients:

I read the article and found it quite ironic how the cheating spouse will defriend the spouse but keep the lover as a friend. There is something so wrong with that picture.

My WH just de-activated his account. I logged on one day and thought he de-friended me. Then my friend asked where is account went.

It is an AWESOME tool for exposure too. laugh

Thanks for posting this, Mulan.
A good read.
I enjoyed the entire article, but this part especially.

But when someone does notice, that's when some divorce attorneys pounce. Information copied from social media sites can sway the outcome of alimony payment disputes and custody fights, attorneys say. Some parents have even lost a child because of the behavior they exhibited online, the lawyers say.

And it's about time.

Alienation of Affection is a joke from a past era. We desperately need laws for:

(1) Gross Marital Intrusion, with which a BS could slap an OP

and

(2)Gross Marital Neglect, with which a BS could slap a WS if it comes to divorce.

Seems like the divorce lawyers would go for that, too.
