I just wanted to take a moment to say "Happy Father's Day" to all the dads here on MB. Today more than any other, you have reason to hold your head high in spite of the circumstances that brought you to MB. IMHO, there is NOTHING stronger or more righteous than standing up for your children. Hang in there and keep the faith...

AMEN!

Poor GM is not getting to see either of his children today, one is in Barcelona and the other has a rehearsal and gig in another city. I am trying to make it as special as I can but nothing ever replaces the love of your children or the love you have for them and the chance to really celebrate it on one special day.

Fathers play such an essential part in the family. I can appreciate it more now than ever and even if we were not good during all those years GM was good with the kids and they love him and have come to terms with what has happened. If the bond had not been a good one it would have broken it.

Happy Fathers Day to all you Dads and GM, if you see this I hope that we can enjoy this day together in celebration of your commitment to our children. Thank you. hug
