Nobody could see this coming (where's that sarcasm emoticon?)

Mel Gibson rant - OW all innocent and afraid?? lol!

It's actually quite hideous. Mel's getting what he deserves at the hand of the woman who helped him destroy his marriage.

He's old enough that I don't know if he'll find a bottom soon enough to recover.

The ? that made recovery possible: "Which lovebuster do I do the most that hurts the worst"?

The statement that signaled my personal recovery and the turning point in our marriage recovery: "I don't need to be married that badly!"

If you're interested in saving your relationship, you'll work on it when it's convenient. If you're committed, you'll accept no excuses.

Well, I don't think they were actually married, but considering his history of instability, this isn't all that surprising. Reading the article, I actually feel kind of sorry for the OW in this case. Not that she's the greatest person on earth, but he really sounds out of control in so many ways. Apparently, he even knocked out a couple of her teeth. He's really losing it.

I thought it was horrible that Mel Gibson had an affair and got his mistress pregnant.

But now that I've heard the tapes, I can't help but think about the likelihood that he was just as abusive towards his wife. If that's the case, then I wonder if the affair (i.e., the thing that got him out of the house) wasn't a blessing in disguise.

I know that seems like an un-MB thing to say. But the truth is that MB does not support staying in the home with an abuser.
