That's horrible!!! This goes above and beyond a WH's rage, he tried to kill her! Why else use a hammer? In this case, she is RIGHT to divorce him.

And now an update to this story. The WH killed himself yesterday. http://www.wftv.com/news/24260818/detail.htmlSo he leaves behind two kids, a BW, and the OW (a nurse) just lost her meal ticket. What a shame all the way around.

You know, almost every episode of 48 Hours is about the death of a spouse with the other spouse as the suspect. And of course, there is always an affair somewhere in the background. It happens a lot. I think 20/20 even had one this past week about a minister's wife who died and he was the suspect. The OW ended up testifying against him.

12/25/06 - Dday - WH promised NC. Plan A in effect. Thought we were in recovery.
6-3-07 - Dday#2 Found out NC never took place and A never ended. Found MB NC promised again, but WH would not write NC letter.
9/07 - Dday #3. Still lying and sneaking around. Plan B implemented
WH wants nothing to do with me

Have you watched Snapped? Most stories involve A gone bad and then someone dies usually the BS.
I feel the the family of the WH. She is disfigured by the hammer, the pain of the A and he just "checks out".
Wonder what he did with the 200K annuity he took out after being arrested. Hope it did not go to the OW.
