I have been here manyh times, but this is the first time to post something. I have been working with MB for some time and have been in Plan A for a while.

Just started complete exposure and will hit Plan B next week. My wife is having an affair with her boss. Hard to get her to stop. Started exposure this week with her family and mine, the kids, etc. Lots of emotions flowing and lots of anger.

Expect to be in Plan B for a while. Would love some advice from those that have been there.

Have no idea what you've been doing all along but exposure is Part of Plan A so you should still be in Plan A.

You need to give us more info

HI Eagles,

I agree with My on this one. Going into to Plan B is a hard decision and one that takes lots of planning. I know I was in it for over a year.

In order to best support you we need some more information on how old your kids are, how long married, etc.

Plan B is a useful tool, but ONLY when Plan A or the timeline has been exhausted. Not to mention there are things that MUST BE settled before you can go into plan B.

For instance, finances, custody of children depending on ages and has a Plan B letter been written. Please know that once you go into Plan B, you are dark NO MATTER what until ALL the conditions have been met.

So welcome to MB, it's an awesome place and we look forward to getting more info from you.

Fant... if you can imagine when I went into Plan B, the moment I got back to tell everyone and get support the website went down for a few weeks.

Doing it with support will be just fine. You can make it through the initial stages, but please remember to stay completely DARK no matter what until all the conditions have been met in your Plan B letter. Otherwise, your words mean nothing.
