Is it true that Dr. Harley has taken the position that he would divorce and not look back if his spouse cheated on him?

Yes. The Harleys' understand the consequence of cheating. The boundaries have been set in place.

Ordinary folk have not set their boundaries properly nor established the quality of communication that they have met.

While he has said this, I think it is also followed by the acknowledgement that just about every BS says the same thing BEFORE adultery enters their lives yet many still choose to stay married.

Dr. W. Harley must be in his mid or late 70s....so I do not think he is risking that much when he says that.... because if your spouse cheats on you in her 70s then you might as well resign yourself...as R takes a long time and who wants to embark in that later in life?
