You won't ever truly recover if he's still making an effort to speak to her. My husband had an EA with a girl at his work and it has stopped, but he still works there. If your familiar with Fantasy Football, they have a league at the office in which she is the only female member. Every time I hear her name, or see a message from her on his computer I die all over inside. The only thing that helps is he doesn't respond and has spent his evenings and lunches with me or where I could find him and prove who he is with. I can't continue to get mad at him, because she works there, but it does hurt over and over again!!!
In your case, My opinion only, would be to ask him in the most loving way, to tell her not to come by anymore. It's not healthy to anyone involved. If you are working to meet each others needs and he realizes this is a need for you, he should respect your feelings. If he doesn't then I would question the motives.
Good Luck
------------------
Mater
