We think it is awesome!! There is another thread here.

Ehhh, ended up in jail as part of discovery. Not too awful, on balance.

Seriously, what this means is that BS's will have to cloak their sources a bit better.

"One day I just found this envelope of e-mail printouts that someone left for me. I guess you should waste taxpayer's funds finding out who did that, Officer! Why don't you run along and do just that?"

I predict this is going to have much harsher repercussions on the WW and the idiot prosecutor. The prosecutors own peers in Michigan are horrified at her misuse of the law and don't think it will fly. In the meantime, the wayward wife, who is on her 3rd or 4th affair is enduring a national exposure. She was hoisted on her own petard. Now, instead of just her H and few close people knowing, EVERYONE from Florida to New York knows she is a skank ho. grin

Today hubby was telling me about how he will be installing a network for our home computers, we have three. I said, OK, but how will you feel about all your stuff out in the open?? He responds, did you see the story on the news about a dude that landed in jail for reading wifes e-mails. I said yes, and that I was wondering when you will bring that up, considering our circumstances. He said he was waiting for me to feel better, I have been super sick.
After I got thinking about it, I was wondering if should I apologize for snooping??

If your husband objects to your reading his emails, then that means he has something to HIDE. As his wife, you have a right to know every thing he says and does on the internet. This is your right.

You should not only continue snooping like a bloodhound, but he should NEVER be told about your snooping tactics. NEVER.

Heck, no! Why would you apologize for making the effort to make sure your M is safe?
