This is a particularly interesting article for those who are experincing pain from their ws who might have fallen for a former bf or gf from the past or hooked up on facebook with a friend from way back when. http://www.webmd.com/sex-relationships/guide/lost-love-guess-whos-backOriginally published in "Psychology Today", it was placed again on WebMD where I read it today. Explains alot, including the addictive response felt and how their foggy brains work on this new and especially destructive type of affair. Hoping this sheds some light and opens some eyes. These seem very very hard.
Change happens by listening and then starting a dialogue with the people who are doing something you don't believe is right. ~Jane Goodall
