Have any of you written a letter to the OW? Is this a good idea?

I sent the OW an email today. It was very calm and respectful and didn't place blame (I actually took a little of the blame). I told her it was disrespectful to continue contact with H and to have tried to become my friend after the year-long affair (before I knew about it). I told her to cease contact. I asked her if she would like to share her side of the story with me, because I know the same situation can seem so different to everyone involved.

What are your opinions?
