Have you read SAA? There is excellent advice in there to help both of you get past it.

Does your spouse know? Is your adultery partner married?

The wording of your post title is confusing -- it sounds as if *you* have had an affair with a man you love who is not your H. You might want to edit the title to clear that up.

"SAA" is the book "Surviving An Affair". Follow the "Bookstore" link at the top of the page to learn more about it.

Lastly, there's an entire section of the forum dedicated to helping your marriage survive through an affair. You might want to ask a forum moderator to move your thread to the "Surviving An Affair" forum. It's a very active forum, and you'll probably get plenty of advice from those who post there.

Thank you Issachar. The new title is much easier to understand.

Yes, please ask the moderator to move your thread to 'Surviving an Affair'.
Edited to say, I see you had it moved.
