please please if any1 can help it would be greatly appreciated, here goes im a male of 29 and have been in a steady relationship for 8 years , my partner recently told me 4 weeks ago that she had a 1 night stand 2 years ago wen we wer going through a tuff time in the relationship, she thought it would b a good idea to tell me and get it oof her chest because she could no longer live with the guilt, as you can imagine she has left me in emotional turmoil, im basicly round the bend with thinking about evry single thin imaginable, she moved out for 2 weeks but is now back we have a 6 year old boy so its been realy hard but the way im feeling mentaly is unbareable , ware do i go from here , i understand people might b going through alot worse but this is torture

Pedro, the first thing I recommend is reading all the free resources here on the website. Here is a good place to start. overcoming infidelity

The second thing to do is find out if there has been continued contact.
