Just tried to download desktopshark on my laptop to monitor my H. However when I try Im asked for an administrator p/w to run the programme. (Think its been changed since I last needed to use the admin p/w). Can anyone help? Sorry if sounds dim, im a bit of a techphobe.

Hey Indie,

Do you use a password to log onto your laptop? If so try that one because unless your H has a seperate logon when he get on it, you are probably already logged on as adminisrator.

If he has made seperate logons for you both it could still be the same password but if it doesnt work then you might be out of luck

If you never use a password to get on his laptop when you start it up or logon, try just hitting enter.

Hope that helps
