I don't know much about my Blackberry but the other day I was looking at some settings and I found where the selection is made to turn on/off the GPS utilization. Could this really be used like the GPS units that have been mentioned (like the USB "sticks" that are secretly placed in WS's car)? If so, how would it be activated and how would a BS see and collect the data on the location of the WS?

i have the same question re: an iPhone - it has the GPS feature since you can track where you are if you are looking for directions - can it be used the 'see' where someone has been?
