It's been over 2 months since I found out about the A. I have been having a lot of good days lately but today I feel so sad and down about what he did to me. I just feel like crawling into bed and having a good cry. Even though he is doing everything right to save our marriage, today I feel like I shouldn't stay. I hope this feeling goes away!

When I feel like that I just cry for a while and then I try to think of all the wonderful things he has done lately and I focus on being grateful and thinking of the alternative life I would have...........
There are no guarantees in life, life without him doesn't mean you will be happier.
Life is a long time to not make a mistake, this is a big one but a mistake non the less, you can show forgiveness and understanding and be that good wife your sig says you are........
You will have many days like today, but they will diminish in time.....
I agree do something nice for yourself and when you are with your husband give him a hug and tell him you are grateful even though you feel sad some days......
do something together even if it's sitting together for 15 minutes just holding hands that is what we do....
it helps to calm me and reassure him I won't bolt.......

It passes hun, I remember how it used to just crash over me like a wave.
It occasionally happens still, but the intensity lessens.
