Hi all. I'm not tech savvy and I could use a little help. Can deleted email msgs be recovered? They'll be 4 to 6 months old. I've read through a bit, saw keyloggers and such but nothing on deleted msgs. Thanks.

There are some methods available but vary depending on the email service provider. Please provide which email provider is used and also the software?

Comcast.net on win 7 laptop.

FYI if your WS has an android phone it stores deleted emails. Open the email app. If it goes directly to an inbox pree the back arrow key on the phone. You want the screen with the list of the email accoint(s). If you were bounced put of the app just reselect it.

To the right of the screen are little folder symbols. Tap one and you will see all the folders for that account. The trash may hold hundreds of old emails previously deleted. Some email servers don't sync to the phone perfectly. If WS uses their laptop to tead email he/she will probably clean out the trash fplder on the laptop. But some servers may not also empty the trash on the phone.
