I read some posts and I see some of you mention Plan A and Plan B.
What is it all about? Please explain. Thanks

I have bumped the thread about Plan A for you.

Below is the link to Dr H's description of Plan A and Plan B

Basically in Plan A you neotiate with them respectfully to separate from the AP. You expose the affair to all while you avoid love busters, meet their needs and display to them that you are a spouse that should be missed.

In Plan B you cut all contact, which forces the AP to meet their needs at which they will usually fail. The BS will not resume contact unless the WS agrees to write a letter of no contact to the AP and agrees to conditions which will restore the love to the marriage
