I put on Facebook that I had joined a gym, all part of fixing me, and plonker is considering joining me, I shall go, he can join me.
Below is what my son wrote in response. I told him what was going on and asked for his support 2 years ago.

I have to agree that the kids certainly do get a good example from one parent (at least) if that parent walks the Marriage Builders steps in the mess that infidelity creates.
